When we think about customer service we tend to think that we will get great service wherever we go. Not the case for a friend of mine who went to Merrickville for a day to do some shopping and lunch. My friend will never eat at any of the establishments she was at in Merrickville and by word of mouth I am sure neither will family and friends.
