First off, the jet lag was a killer. It was fun for the first few days - the second night I had some cocktails, and given the jet lag and couldn't sleep, I was a wide awake drunk until sunrise. Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Wonderful Ubud - Rice Paddies, Monkies and gorgeous scenery. Laborious task of planting rice. And play traditional music, featuring various sizes of bamboo and bronze xylophones. The music is unique, but to my western ear, it quickly becomes monotonous and repetitive (and quite frankly, annoying). Daily breakfast on our connecting verandas. View from our room. Lily and Liam waiting for spa services. Leslie about to receive her hair rinse. Monkeys will do anything for a banana.
