For the last two years I have donated a prize to a charity called ‘Fashion for Good’ which supports disadvantaged families within a five-mile radius of Cobham. The prize, which was auctioned off at a charity event in November, was a fine dining experience for 4. The first course was a dish of Butter Poached Prawns with Seared Scallops, Squid Ink Crumble, Samphire, Lemon Emulsion and Confit Fennel.
