Thursday, March 26, 2015. I enjoy taking photos of Isabel. She has definitely become more expressive over the last week or two. Here are some of her silly photos. Hanging out at home. One of my favorite things to do with Isabel is hold her close and let her sleep on me. She isn't big on cuddling though she seems to like it more each day, but she does love to be held. Sunday, August 9, 2015. Fourth of July weekend. Sleeping in the crib we had at our house for a while. When we moved her to a bigger crib, my mom took this crib to the farm. Here is a picture of part of the living quarters in the shed. My older brother and nephew. Brad was brave and took 4 of the girls on a canoe ride. I never did ask him how it went. Monday, August 3, 2015. Here are some notes about Isabel turning 6 months old. I just love watching Isabel grow and learn. She gets more fun every month. She has yet to roll over again, but if you put her on her belly she will push herself backwards. Isabel sits up pretty good. She needs help getting to the sitting position, but once she is sitting she can stay that way for a while. She responds to her name and the word Daddy. She likes to spit using her tongue. Showing off how she can sit up.

Tuesday, August 11, 2015. This year I talked my parents into coming with us. They brought their RV along, which was really nice. A few days were hot so it was so nice to have the RV with the air conditioner. We probably could have handled the heat ok, but I think Isabel wouldn't have so I was grateful we could turn on the air for her. We took lot of photos during the week, so here are a bunch of our photos. As you will be able to tell we had a great time. Mom, Isabel, and I walked up an observation tower.

Snapshots of the Carlin Family. Sunday, August 31, 2014. Omaha {Spaghetti Works, hotel, and zoo}. We not only spent time in the Des Moines area, but we also headed into Omaha for an afternoon, eventing, and full day of fun! At the hotel, swimming a few times, and walking around the Old Market stopping to enjoy dinner. Buster thought the Spaghetti was tasty too! My girls - love them and love that they tolerate my love for the Spaghetti Works! We did the jungle first. She found a turtle. Her favorite!
