Monday, June 21, 2010. My school day started out crazy good and then went crazy bad. I got home to some pretty important people and we ate ice cream; Adrien played in it. We played some guitar and then took a bath. Then, Lily had a meltdown over a literal PRETEND owie for a half hour! There was NO OWIE! November 22, 2011. Ian Celebrates his 9th Birthday at LegoLand Discovery Center! This month is a big one for Ian! He is turning 9 this coming Sunday, so he decided instead of having a friend party or combining his birthday with Thanksgiving, he wanted to go to Lego Land again this year! I was good with that decision! It actually saves me money! So we headed up to Schaumburg and spent the day together as a family! It was very fun, and the kids had a great time! August 24, 2011. First Day of School! This morning, we got up and got ready for the first day of school for Ian and Luke! It went pretty smooth, until Luke wanted the hair clip from Mason and then it went downhill from there! Ian was set to go, and not really nervous at all about going to 3rd grade! Thursday, June 30, 2011. I haven't blogged in quite a while because I lost my camera adapter cord that connects to the computer. We went to Arizona and Washington this past spring break; we did the loop from here in SE Idaho up through Oregon and arrived safely in Western Washington. Then, after about 4 or 5 days we took I-5 down through Portland, and all the way down through to Los Angeles and cut over towards the scorching Mesa area. We go years apart before physically seeing each other again.
