Probably would get a different color for the helmet since the difference in lens design is difficult to detect in the dark. I mounted the 6-hour battery under the stem. I took it easy this week but I just need more time. I actually felt better on my 2nd lap today than the first and was surprised to see the 2nd was about 2.5 minutes slower. At least my mental outlook was good and that got me through it. I think he came in about 1 minute ahead of me and Canyon due was 2 minutes ahead. I started relax...

Camden and I have really gotten into the Oregon Cyclocross scene and have been loving it. It is such a different atmosphere from any other races I have done. Always a big party and very family friendly. We are in the middle of the Cross Crusade ( http:/ www.crosscrusade.com/. The Kiddie Cross races at the Crusade are great! He takes them very seriously!

At first glance I thought this park was going to be more fun. Someone in our party wasn't quite tall enough to ride the roller coasters. He won't go in the dark but cries when he can't ride a big, fast, scary roller coaster or two. So we found the next best thing, a great big ferris wheel. All was going great! Disneyland - Part 1.

Dad, hubby, mountain biker and part time geek. Sunday, August 23, 2009. Almost an hour of grinding up and down the road finally got me back to where the trail split from Chrome Molly to Three Amigos. I sucked down the last of my hot water and hopped back on the trail hoping to finish the ride with some fun single track. It wasn't fun, it was mostly a cow trail with a few ups and downs. Monday, August 17, 2009. Follow up: I rode my mountain bike today for the first time since the race. I missed it!
