And yelled ouch a couple of times, but shed no tears. Taryn was like a pro. I don't even think she blinked. I think they are loving having their ears pierced more than any little girls in the world. So I was so excited when it worked out for Me, Lesa, Jena, and Tara to go last summer. We had way too much fun. My pictures are all out of order. This first pic is of our last day. We flew on float planes, which was amazing and beautiful, to Katmai. It is a national park that you can go see a TON of bears. This one just casually walked by in front of us. Tara, Me, Lesa, Jena.

She woke up and uncovered her first present, this adorable vintage kitchen. We had a Dress-up tea party. Andelyn loved looking fancy. She got really spoiled. Luckily I walked by before much more damage could be done. "I told him to only cut it a little," she said. While at the salon I noticed that Blake's hair had a spot or two that was cut almost to the scalp. It is really hard to see in this picture. Saturday, June 12, 2010. Soyou know how I said I was super baby hungry? Well, turns out I get a puppy instead, for now:) My dear Bryce got a wild hair and (SO randomly) decided to get a bulldog. We were watching a movie and there's this bulldog that is sitting at the counter eating ice cream from a cone and Bryce starts getting all excited saying, "That is SO cool! I want that dog! Thursday, October 14, 2010. Using Zotero with Bibtex. Rather than fix these by hand, I wrote a python script to parse the file and automatically escape the character Bibtex was choking on. I hard coded the file names, and it's not a nice utility, but I'm releasing it under the GPL and the CRAPL. In case some one else needs it in a bind. The tool is hosted here. It reads a file "lib.bib" as input and outputs an escaped version as "out.bib". If this helps you, or if you have an addition, leave a comment!
