Monday, July 18, 2011. We had a really fun 4th of July celebration. We went non-stop from the early morning to the late night! I didn't take enough pictures, but I got a few good ones. Of course the family shot turned out crappy. Grrrrr, I hate that. Anyway, B, P, and I went to Boulder City very early to catch the parade and other festivities. Nov 9, 2010. We've just been hanging out lately. Shane has been pleasantly busy with carpet and I have just been playing with my little ones. I was preparing myself to have to go back to work tomorrow but I got a call from my benefits department yesterday informing me that my company does offer 2 additional weeks of parental leave at 100% pay. HALLELUJAH! And on top of that, I have the days around Thanksgiving off so I actually have until November 30 :). Anyway, here are some recent pics. Nov 4, 2010.

Jan 6, 2011. New Job, etc. Well, I started my new job this week. Not the most exciting but SO easy (thank goodness). I got the call last Wednesday that I would be starting the following Monday. Before I even hung up the phone there were tears forming in my eyes. I knew the day was coming, but I just was not ready to leave my babies. I was really struggling, especially not knowing exactly what the "day care" situation would be. We are still slightly flying by the seat of our pants! Janell watched the kidd...

Feb 21, 2011. Sigh* I feel bad that I haven't posted in a while - not bad for you people, but bad that I haven't documented almost 2 months of my new baby's life. So I'll start with that. He didn't have a 4 month checkup since we don't have health insurance - but we did our own measurements:. He's eating solids now - loves them all! He hasn't rolled over yet, but he does try to sit himself up! SO happy - SO laid back - SO perfect :). When he wakes up, he just sits and coos and squeals, just like Chloe did.

Hope for all things. Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Lessons that I learned while playing Dr. Mario. Because she plays for an hour everyday while she's hula hooping. (can that be a verb? Now that I've given you a brief background of the situation I'll tell you some things I learned. You might be surprised. Who knew Dr. Mario could be such a good metaphor for life? And who knew someone could actually hula hoop and play Nintendo at the same time? Seriously, that might be a whole other post on a metaphor for life.

Sunday, April 10, 2011. A matron of honor with a broken cankle.that's meeee. I mean, my team made it to the FINALS! HELLLOOOO, that's a reward of a free championship t-shirt along with at least 500 calories burned (I was seriously trying to shed the poundage the week of the wedding! Hope for all things. Sunday, October 11, 2009. When I grew that foot or two. 8217;t the right thing after spending two years attending school there. So began my journey in exploring other options for future plans and future schools. In the middle of my third semester at college (Fall 2008) I came across ILP. 8217;t think it was right. Taking her advice to heart, as I pondered and prayed about my plan, I began to be hesitant as well. So I let go of my dreams with ILP. In Russia and looked for a new plan.
