Brad had already accumulated solid knowledge and experience of the real estate industry before he officially started in it, aged 17. He confesses that his weekends in his teenage years comprised attending auctions, following open houses and the real estate guides, watching what sold and who was selling. Before his 21st birthday, Brad personally held the historical record sale prices in two suburbs. Has set yearly and historical record sale prices in three suburbs: Woodrising, Teralba and Wangi Wangi.
