Sunday, December 14, 2014. Two days ago, God called our friend Frank Morris home. He had been fighting a battle with colon cancer for the last 8 years. I could sense his time was near, but somehow when I found out I was surprised. I ask myself "Why? Frank Morris is now in heaven with the savior he adores. He has left a legacy of the love of Christ behind him. He will be missed greatly, but always remembered as a man of faith, adoring husband, loving father, and loyal friend. My three beautiful children.

Monday, May 21, 2012. In order to save some money lately I have started cooking more vegetarian meals. Cause frankly, meat is expensive. I have always been a fan of Rachael Ray and subscribed to her magazine for awhile. So i looked through the copies I had and tore out recipes that looked pretty easy to make. I have not been dissappointed. I have also scanned the internet for some good recipes. Split pea-spinach dal with cauliflower. Lentil and rice pilaf. Outstanding presto manifesto vegan lasagna.
