https://moblivions.wordpress.com/2015/07/12/markets-devils-peak
Moving to Cape Town. Markets and Devil’s Peak. July 12, 2015. August 6, 2015. I am writing this blog mainly to remember what I have been doing each weekend in Cape Town. Sometimes I also write down my feelings and thoughts, but I think that I will create a specific area in the blog for that, in order to not skip any of the two topics. So, diary time! On Saturday July 11. I went to some markets! Knowing that on Sunday I would have hiked up on Devil’s Peak, I did not go out at night. The hike to Devil’s Pe...

Moving to Cape Town. The END and the BEGINNING of a new adventure. July 25, 2015. August 9, 2015. On Tuesday I asked Bruce, my boss, a day off. What for? To go to a safari, of course! I went to Aquila Private Game Reserve, a 3 hours drive from Cape Town, where I had the chance to see some amazing animals. I didn’t really expect it. The food was great, the company incredible. We went out for some dancing and I had a lot of fun, but of course I felt sad for having to leave those people I met there. This we...

Moving to Cape Town. Good fish and nice people. June 21, 2015. June 21, 2015. Today Sunday June 21st Luca and I, along with some of his friends went for a car trip. The final destination was the fishing village Paternoster – which is perfect, as today it is Father’s Day! On our trip from Cape Town to Paternoster we actually managed to enter for R42 in the West Coast National Park and we travelled through all of it. I saw my first African wild animal: the ostrich! African ostrich turning his back to me.

Moving to Cape Town. June 27, 2015. June 30, 2015. This week has been full of changes. I moved from the quiet Sea Point to the lively Bo-Kaap, I changed flatmate now I live with 12 other people in a big house -, I acquired a roommate, I got to know some more people from Italy and visited a bit more of this fantastic city. Moving to Bo-Kaap has some advantages and disadvantages: I am really close to everything in the center, but I still have to take a cab going back home because the hood is not safe.
