About me and my approach. My name is Katie Carroll and I am a Brain Injury Specialist Counsellor. I have been working with adults and their family members with Acquired Brain Injury and Neurological impairments for the last 10 years. I originally graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2000 and have since worked in acute settings and neuro rehabilitation. In 2002 I undertook a post graduate training course to achieve an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling. I am registered with both BUPA and Aviva.
