Heres a screen shot of the citys webcam - located on city hall and pointing towards our office - with what appears to be human arms in the frame. Im guessing its a reflection on the window. I hope. According to a recent study, of the $13.8 billion worth of returned products in 2007, only 5 percent were because gadgets were truly broken. Poor usability is often to blame.
