Brandi Rhodes weight loss challenge. My Weight Loss Journey. My workout routine i have incorporated a little bit of strength training in my arms because that area is a big problem for me. I want my arms to be toned and defined when all of this weight does come off. I went a little up on the scale this week to 262 from 261.2 and that was really discouraging but i am back on track and ready to get going!
