Monday, May 26, 2014. Makenna made it all the way through Kindergarten without losing any teeth. She also made it all the way through first grade without losing any teeth. She is such a delight and joy and she is already developing a heart for Jesus. Ask her about any story in the Bible and she can retell all the specific details to you. Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Happy 4th of July! Sunday, July 1, 2012. So again I've been a bad blogger. I apologize for my lack of blogging recently. So, let's get caught up! First of all, an update on my weight loss. Honestly, it has not been good over these past few weeks, but I'm finally back on track. I will update you all again on Thursday, hopefully with a loss! Friday, March 25, 2011. A few thoughts on friendship. Warning, this is a long post! Read only when you have time! I recently finished the book Friendship for Grownups by Lisa Whelchel. While reading the book, I couldn't help but think about my journey with friendship and what I've learned along the way. From elementary school to college, I was a BFF. After Chris and I got married and moved back to Wichita, I no longer had my BFF. This journey, I've learned some valuable lessons that I'd like to share.
