Thursday, September 29, 2011. It is an old tradition. In Urugauy to eat ñoquis on the 29th of every month. Since today is the 29th my mother in law and I made some. Warning: Time consuming. On average you will need two regular potatos per person. Boil with skin on so the potatos dont get too mushy. Boil till tender. Remove skins with a fork. Put potatos through a potato ricer. If you dont have one of the gadgets you can just mush them with a fork. NO LUMPS! This is 5 very large potatos. Posted by Sam Jo.

Sunday, May 20, 2012. After three days back at work my body and mind needed a break. I might have overdone it a bit at work but I relaxed a lot this weekend. Saturday, July 19, 2008. So, this brings my family's total to 20, with 6 out of 8 children married.). As for Robbie and me, we are enjoying our time together. I am onto my second summer school class and Robbie continues to work hard and study for the contractor's test. Our best friends just bought a hosue so we have been helping them move in, paint and set up. We are really happy we have friends with a house now, especially with a pool. Can you say, "Party!
