Friday, January 29, 2010. 2nd Post of the Month - The Begining of Keeping one of my New Year's Resolutions. The Month of January. It has gone by so slowly, yet so fast. Already 1/12 of the year is gone. nothing much has really happened, just getting back to life with all my kids. On Wednesdays I am the 1-3 grade director of the children's. Program at church. The rest of the work week I teach after school Bible Clubs for inner city kids all around Oklahoma City. Lot's of exciting things happen. Sunday....

Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Like a fleeting wave pulled back from the shore. Like a bubble floating, then suddenly it's gone. Like a sugar rush that comes and leaves you drained. Why was he torn away so quickly? Why didn't we cherish his friendship when it existed? Why didn't we take advantage of the time? It was a good thing and now it's done. He was a good kid and now he's gone. They say, "All good things must come to an end.". Leaving a hole in the hearts of even those who barely knew him.

Thursday, March 22, 2012. We had somewhat of an extended break. We spent the first week at the lake house (with a little homework in tow). Here are some pictures of our time at the beach. Our next outing was to the roller skating rink with some of our homeschooling buddies. It was a blast! We also took a trip out to the Children's Museum in Seminole. It is a fun place with lots of hands on activities for the little girls. It was such a fun time. I love spending time with my girls! Sunday, March 4, 2012.

Friday, July 30, 2010. Want to see my new cook top? Before this, we had a glass cook top. While it was beautiful, it was not functional. First of all it sits just under the microwave so things were always dropping out and landing on the glass. A look into our lives. Sunday, November 11, 2012. Something that I desire to do with every fiber of my being and yet my flesh is continually battling me and saying to trust in it (myself) and not God. This battle is truly not against flesh and blood. This is a spiritual battle. One that I am determined to lean on God for. It's funny to think that I can't fully trust Him without Him. The only one who is faithful, steadfast, never changing, always there. I feel like I can't leave you without some cuteness.
