Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Every single one of the boys on both teams, stopped backed up and gave him space to shoot. It wasn't about which team was better or who was going to win. Each one of these boys WON! They won so much more than a basketball game. I have never felt anything so emotional or touching in my life, an experience that I think everyone felt, not just Brandon and I. Eight and nine year old boys were giving their peer a chance of WINNING! Andrew shot the basket and made it, HE WON!

Saturday, March 5, 2011. One of the very first days of our hospital stay I had a still small voice whisper in my ear, except it wasn't really a whisper it was a loud, almost yelling, BE PATIENT! Little did I know that the patience and prompting would be applicable eight months after the accident. Of course, I needed to be patient in the hospital but little did I know that the real test of my faith and patience would be tested now. Am I trying, YES! I have my breakdowns but I get up and keep on trying!

Tuesday, July 27, 2010. The improvements that Andrew has made is such a miracle. The latest news is that Andrew was transferred out of ICU! The neurologist said they have truly witnessed a miracle because only less than 1% of these cases have an outcome like Andrews. That is incredible! What a blessing.
