Call me Meesh: December 2011
http://callmemeesh.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 28, 2011. My appreciation of the L.A. area has been a slow process due to my lack of resolve and dedication. I'm working to change that obviously. It does always help to have a local to show you around. This particular venture began at Venice Beach. I assumed it was just a beach. Sand, water, people. you know. William brought along his adorable niece Deliliah, and we created many exciting sand creations. with out tools. It may have taken me a bit to do anything with my hands&#...Chris...

Call me Meesh: March 2011
http://callmemeesh.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 21, 2011. I have a peeve with KSL. For those of you who have never heard someone say "you're really peeving me." or "I'm really peeved right now" or simply "Peev off", the general meaning would be to annoy. Hence the term we all so lovingly add to on a daily basis. Pet peeves. A few of my current pet peeves include:. 1 The phrase "Does that make sense". No, and you asking doesn't exactly add any value to your explanation. 2 Roommates. Every other day practically. 8 Large Trucks. Gag me.

Call me Meesh: February 2012
http://callmemeesh.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 20, 2012. Winter in Cali is a little boring. It's true. Although I may have lied to some of you when I was trying to get you to come and visit me. most of you still have not so obviously my lying needs to improve. Here's the problem. Yes it's not freezing like it is in Utah. Hence the lack of snow that would probably solve my boredom issues. But it sure as heck is chilly! In fact I think I need some socks now. http://callmemeesh.blogspot.com/2012/01/for-new-years-weekend-william-and-i.html
Friday, January 6, 2012. For New Years weekend William and I went up to Solvang. A little town with a strong Danish history. The entire town is built reminiscent of Danish architecture. And most of the restaurants offer a true danish dining experience. Our choice for dinner was meatballs, pickled cabbage and cucumbers (tasted like sweet pickles), and mashed potatoes. And of course several trips to the pastry shop! Well it got their attention temporarily. I decided to not overdo it on the goals, so I went...

http://callmemeesh.blogspot.com/2012/03/i-am-destined-to-always-have-yellow.html
Thursday, March 1, 2012. I am destined to always have the yellow knight it seems at Medieval times! I would be fine with this if they would somehow start trying to win! They are always slated to be the supporting actor I think! Even though our Knight didn't win he was the tallest! And most definitely the most popular after the event was over. It took us a good bit of waiting in line to get a picture of Brian and him! Delilah was very excited to see the princess up close so we made sure get a pic!

Call me Meesh: October 2011
http://callmemeesh.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 31, 2011. President Keeler put a lot of doctrine into his talk showing how the Book of Mormon and Doctrine and Covenants is an extension of doctrine in the Old and New Testament. He touched on a few topics that peeked the interest of a few Baptist members, particularly the degrees of glory and Joseph Smith. The best part was listening to their choir. They were AMAZING! They rocked the house as our Bishop so sweetly commented. Wednesday, October 26, 2011. Little Mermaid again please! They ...

http://callmemeesh.blogspot.com/2011/12/one-of-highlights-of-los-angeles-are.html
Sunday, December 11, 2011. One of the highlights of Los Angeles are all the museums. Saturday we took a lovely trek to the Ghetty. I had forgotten that I'd been there once before with Amber. But regardless there are always new exhibitions and I enjoyed them. The grounds are also beautiful. It is up on the hill/mountain and offers an amazing view of the entire city. Culver City. How neat is that? Someone that I studied in college could live just around the corner! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Alche...
