Tuesday, January 4, 2011. First I did global changes such as Levels, Contrast, Hue/Saturation and Sharpen. After that I did a few local changes. I used Replace Colour to make the sky more blue and then used the Burn tool to darken it. I also used the Burn and Replace Colour tool on the grass to add more colour into the photo. I had the light about a meter away from her, and a little behind (not much tho) and the reflector in front a little, replecting the light up. I used the protocols as usual. Thursday, October 28, 2010. A assignment, september light. For this photo, i used the rule of thirds placing my subjects slightly off center. The lines on the street lead to my subject. I used the quickmask effect and the duotone. To take this photo we used light reflecters to brighten half of the subjects face. the camera was in midzoom when i took this photo, focusing on the subject and leaving the background blurry. Thursday, September 23, 2010. First I duplicated the layers, changed foreground levels darker, erased away the dark colour that was on the grass and then flatten image layers. The I sharpend it. I changed the exposure a lot. I used the curves tool a little bit too. I also used the shadow/highlight tool.
