Sunday, December 7, 2008. Over Thanksgiving weekend, we visited the central coast where Lianna's grandparents live, While there, I snapped a couple of nice photos of the surf. Also, this weekend we had a nice swell with great conditions. I grabbed a couple of shots before heading out into the water. Fortunately, the waves were as fun to ride as they were to look at. Surfing looks fun, sometimes I think taking pics of surfing is more fun. I like the shadow and palm trees/frawns. Good pics honey.

Sunday, May 17, 2009. Walking Around Discovery Lake. I love to get outdoors and be around nature. That can be difficult with a busy work schedule. Fortunately, we have a nice little pond near our house where we can watch the birds, see people fishing and just enjoy the view. My favorite part is seeing all of the families out for a walk. Friday, February 6, 2009. I recently moved on from my last job and have taken a position. As an Online Producer for an advertising agency in Encinitas. I am currently helping to launch several corporate websites for international companies in the golf industry. I learned a lot in my last job, but this new opportunity was too good to pass up. I am very excited and think this going to end up being a great long term career move. We are really happy for you. Im jealous of the location - that's sweet!

Monday, October 31, 2011. An Apple a Day? I love caramel apples (with chocolate). I decided this was the year to make them. I found a great recipe for caramel, melted 60% cocoa Ghiradelli chocolate chips and had plenty of pecans, almonds and coconut to sprinkle them with. Tuesday, April 5, 2011. So we continued on and stopped at another favorite place, The Red Barn. We went straight to Capitol Reef and had our first picnic of the year complete with: Pan Bagna (my mom's specialty sandwich), grapes, Pringles, Izze soda, pumpkin cookies for dessert, and 70 degree weather. We picnicked right next to an orchard that was in bloom. We hiked and then headed to Cowboy Cabins. We had reservations at Hell's Backbone Grill. I guess it is a family trait. The Ethan Show Continues.

Tuesday, March 20, 2012. Jeremy and I have been on several California vacations over the past several years, most of which have included rain or cold weather. It has been crossed off my vacation list several times. However, since we live in Utah, California is a very convenient place to vacation. We waited till we could see the 10 day forecast to book our vacation rental. It looked great! All and all a great trip! Im SO glad California FINALLY treated you right! I found a great deal for a week long class in San Francisco (I love deals! I was quite skeptical of the location at first. The one draw back was that I had never really "clicked" with this city or its weather. (Don't worry we have now "clicked".). Could wandering around this city by myself be even tolerable?
