Friday, June 12, 2015. These things I want to remember. I want to remember this. I want to remember this. You don't giggle so easily, but if I tickle you under your chin, I can usually get a little laugh. But if your big brother Mason is around, you chuckle, giggle, and squeal with delight. You think he's the funniest thing ever. One night, he and Laina were yelling something crazy ("Not the butler! I want to remember this. Those early newborn days of round-the-clock nursing (oh wait, we still do that!

Saturday, July 05, 2014. So Jeremy and I played a little game the other night: Describe each child using only one word. It was fun and interesting, and we came up with different but similar words for each. Why one word? Because.that was the rule. Iain: My word was outgoing. Jeremy's word was innovative. Cory: My word was thoughtful. Jeremy's was lovably cantankerous. I know- two words. Teach that guy to play by the rules! Laina: My word was eager. Mason: My word was delightful. Jeremy's word was joyful.

Well, here's a way we can put that into practice! For those who don't know, I've been running a local fundraiser since the beginning of June to benefit the Brannons' second adoption. And the education of Peter Ndikumana. Posted by Alison McLennan. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Hurting, but hopeful. A simple way to make a difference. 7/2/09 - Pho...

Wednesday, July 22, 2015. It hardly seems possible that the tiny ten-month-old baby we brought home is now a beautiful five-year-old girl with a mind of her own. But here she is! Laina decided she wanted a play-date party, as she called it. All her girl friends over with their dolls, and crafts, and cookies and sprinkles. And sword-fighting. But we nixed that one- short on time and all. :). Last day as a four! First day as a five! Cory got a salad and a coke- his idea of heaven.). The big girls and their...

http://jabrannon.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 21, 2014. Oh Mason. May-May. Macey. You guys, seriously. This dude is the funniest, smartest, silliest, loving-est baby around. He sings constantly. Happy Birthday to You, the ABCs, Rock-A-Baby (more on that in a minute), I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles, M-M-M-Mason (K-K-K-Katy), This Little Light of Mine, and on and on the list goes. He was even singing CC's Timeline song yesterday. It's amazing how recognizable his tunes are. There's a song about THAT? His two favorite things to do. His fa...

Wednesday, February 18, 2015. My sweet friend Sarah came over when Ivy was six days old and captured these beautiful moments. I love these pictures! Monday, February 16, 2015. Inspired by the great shots my friend Sarah ( Sarah Stephens Photography. Took of Ivy, I decided to try some of my own. They're nowhere near as good as hers, but when your subject is this cute, you can's go wrong. Laina wanted her doll Lucy to get in on the fun. Mason wanted to play, too. Sarah's pictures coming soon! 2 Books. ...
