OKI officially love P90X Interval X.No we didn't do Intervals tonight, we did good ole Plyometrics and it just reminded me how much I love Intervals! Plyo hurts and burns, hurts.and.burns! And rolled in some Triceps into it as well. Bands and Pull Up Bar! Great stuff. Then hit good ole Ab Ripper X finished off with 8 pound dumbbell. OKword of advice.if you do deep, Plyometrics.
