Thursday, March 12, 2015. Testing different inks to figure out who wrote a ransom note! Danni helped find the culprit with her chromatography skills! Danni says that the first and last strip are the same kind of ink! Girls from my class! I have a crush on Valerie. the one in the center! Inside a ginormous bubble! I didn't get wet! Making crystals (. which don't wash out of the carpet in case you were wondering! Adding some crystal sauce. Fun with the two way mirror. Danni's favorite was the bubble room!

Thursday, March 12, 2015. There was some serious crafting going on! Auntie Suz, Danni, and Mommy sure made a big mess with their Valentine project! They were both so proud of their creations! Hallmark had better watch out for these crafty girls! I got to enjoy my first solo overnight visit to Papa's house! While Papa and I were having fun with just the guys (we did manly things like eat pizza and shop at Harbor Freight! I think they did a great job! But, I am glad that I got to do boy stuff!

Thursday, March 12, 2015. Ready to nail Mommy with a snow ball! Danni is loaded too! All outfitted for some snow play! The snow was a little too hard for snow angel making. but that didn't stop Danni from trying! Climbing across the earthquake fault! Danni wasn't afraid to get closer to the fault! Walking the log like it was a balance beam! We LOVED going fast! She collected about a billion pine cones! And we found it! Danni and I spent several hours sliding down some awesome slopes! Yay for the snow!

We got to eat it on her special glass plates with violets on them! Her orange tree needed picking, so I was happy to help! She approves of the orange juice that we made! Thursday, March 12, 2015. Mammoth Mountain Gondola Ride! We found an elephant with antennas in his mouth. The slopes were open and hopping! Ready for our ride to the peak! She wanted nothing to do with the ride! We went super high! I loved the view from the top! She didn't like being at the tip top of the mountain! The ride down was no better for that poor Beast! Since we don't ski or snowboard (yet! We decided to check out the slopes by gondola! We didn't come prepared for snow! Jack and Noah's Website.

It's fun to see our kids reliving it. Sophia and Brody having some fun with their SoCal cousins decorating Easter eggs. Friday, April 5, 2013. SOMEONE LOST THEIR 1ST TOOTH! VISITING THE FAMILY IN SOCAL FOR WINTER BREAK. We had a great time playing in the snow. We spent some of our time sledding and Sophia tried skiing.

Friday, August 2, 2013. Our annual camping trip on beautiful Orcas Island. Every year we've been going with the Hatletveit's, Polverino's and Wiecher family. The kids have an amazing time hanging out at the beach, jumping off rocks and just being in nature. We are hiking to the cliffs so the kids can jump off. Brody's 1st time jumping off the rocks. You can see the Bremerton Ferry pass which looks magnificent. Also, you see the most beautiful sunsets from this beach because it's facing South/West. Wednesday, February 1, 2012. HOLY SNOW IN SEATTLE. Seattle and the surrounding area had a wicked snow storm in January. The 1st snow storm amounted to only 1 to 2 inches of snow. Three days later we received up to 4 to 8 inches of snow. When it snows in Seattle, the whole city shuts down.kind of like when it rains in LA. Schools were closed for days, people didn't go to work so what do you do? It took a while but Brody started to enjoy the snow. I had so much sledding. I felt like a little kid again.
