Dry fit ring to check roundness of bell. Mark bell for lacquer removal. Mark brace for cutting and fitting. Mark ring for registration notches. Hold ring in place for soldering. Measuring for level before cut. Cut with a fine-toothed rigid back saw. Both ring parts soldered on. Completely assembled - the final product!
