Tuesday, April 16, 2013. The first amuse bouches of pomelo in citrus sugar and long, thin crisps provided a light and refreshing start to our dinner. Drinken hedder zombie fordi man bliver til en efter et par stykker, så meget rom er der i den. Røverhistorien er at Donn Beach. Opfandt den til en kunde på sin bar Don the Beachcomber, der havde tømmermænd, men skulle til et vigtigt forretningsmøde.
