BRATH é a banda que no ano 80 incorpora por primeira vez ao folk galego instrumentos que ata de aquela estaban reservados para o rock, como a batería e as guitarras eléctricas. Con esta nova visión da música galega, que naqueles intres foi toda unha revolución, iniciouse un camiño que pouco a pouco recorrerían a maioría dos grupos do noso país.
