Dimanche 7 avril 2013. Premier essai du fromawery! Un fromage au lait de vache affiné à la brawery et vieilli en cave pendant 4 semaines. Il faut encore travailler la recette mais le résultat est prometteur. Dimanche 10 février 2013. Il y a bien longtemps que je n'ai publié ici. Samedi 31 mars 2012. Jai reçu mes 12 barriques.
