I get sooooo many hits from people looking for a Thermomix review, plus i have friends who were asking, so i guess i should write one ;). First up, the Thermomix is $1939 here in Australia, so it IS a lot of money and i feel very lucky to have one! No matter how much you hear about how great it is, until you see it you can't really appreciate it. *. So, how often do I use my tmx?

Breakfasts aren't too hard when you're on holidays, but returning to work tomorrow means I need to get organised to ensure I can eat a good AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) breakfast. Doing AIP has let me rediscover my love of pork, but I'm sure you could choose chicken for this, or maybe even beef. This made enough for 5 breakfasts for me.

Failsafe cooking with the Thermomix. My adventures with combining Failsafe and dairy-free ingredients with the Thermomix to produce low chemical culinary delights for our family. Wednesday, April 29, 2009. 1 large clove garlic. 1 whole chicken breast. 2 T celtic sea salt. 1 cup pear juice (250 ml). 1/2 cup chicken stock (125 ml). Chop the celery and put aside.
