A dark rye deli bread reminiscent of a different time and place. Made with white, whole wheat, rye, and spelt, this is a classic sourdough with a cranberry twist. This flavorful German style rye is made with whole grain rye and loaded with flax seeds. Each loaf is finished with a mix of sesame seeds and charnushka. A dark rye flavored with coriander, molasses and malt. This is authentic Russian bread - very difficult to find in these parts. A crusty almost white sourdough with a wonderfully complex flavor.
