Ceramic 'Baskets' aka "Clotchets". Made a ceramic 'basket' for bread at ceramic sculpture studio job. The loaf is actually baked in the ceramic. To punish and enslave. (. To punish and enslave. Today in class :. Yay all baked :D. yes yes they are not in the traditional shape but the school is cheap and did not have enough of the brioche pans, ah well. They were pretty tasty though. Some rye/wheat bread with gruyere cheese. Fini and these were also pretty good. sadly the cheese kinda absorbed into the dough :( I dont know if I'd make these at home. Post a new comment.
