The focus of the visit was to see the Escher exhibit (which was fascinating) after which we decided to look at the contemporary art galleries. Poking around, I was surprised to see Ghetti's work. One package mushrooms, sliced. 16 ounces cheddar cheese. 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed. One batch mole poblano (see recipe below). If you need proof, take a look at the piles of half-worn jeans on my bedroom floor or the piles of half-read books on my desk. 1 1/2 sticks butter. 2 cups plus 2 Tblsp. flour. 2 Tblsp. sugar. Approximately 15 ounces blackberries, halved lengthwise. Or, blueberries or strawberries or sliced apples, peaches, pears or plums. 2 well beaten eggs. 2 Tblsp. milk.
