Tsourekia (the no-knead version). 65 cups all-purpose flour. 3 eggs (preferably organic, but at least free range - it does make a difference). 1 cup milk, lukewarm. Water to make the liquid components to fill 3 cups. 1 stick unsalted butter, melted. 15 cups of sugar. 2 tablespoons dry yeast. Cardamom seeds ( 1 tablespoon), mahelp seeds ( 1 teaspoon), a bit of mastich. They last for about a week, and they freeze well. Enjoy with Nutella and hot chocolate :-).
