Tuesday, 26 June 2007. June 23, 2007. So I would consider today Day 1 in Paris. It was a great day we saw two very beautiful homes. The first was Fountainebleau. This is was surrounded by great forest and was were the Kings and their accomplices would go hunting and so they built this home for their vacation spot during hunting season. Thursday, 21 June 2007. June 19, 2007. Okay, so today we went to Chatsworth and this is now my new fa. The gardens here were so great and fun. The house of course was very nice but after a while. All the palaces begin to blend together and seem the same. There was this beautiful hallway. And I thought this was interesting as a chandelier. I liked the china collection. It made me want to start collecting plates. Here are many pictures of me and some of the girls playing through out the garden.

Monday, 18 June 2007. June 15, 2007. So today was a very relaxed day. It was a free day. I w. As able to finish doing my laundry so I actually have clean clothes now. I also spent like 2 hours catching up on my blog and other homework, which is good that it is now off my mind. Retty much the only thing I did today was a little bit of shopping and a few of us went out to eat at the Hard Rock Café. It was funny Zach ordered Bar BQ chicken and they brought out like a whole bird. Day 12 in Scotland.

Sunday, July 1, 2007. Today we went to Versailles. What a massive place! The only bummer is that we were all so exhausted and we had the most up-tight, mean, old, and not to mention, boring, tour guide! It was great though to finally see some fabulous interiors! I’m sure the gardens would have been my favorite ones if it wasn’t freezing cold and raining the whole time. Afterwards we went to the Eiffel Tower and went all the way to the top! The Hall of Mirrors. It was just re-opened yesterday!

Tuesday, July 31, 2007. Getting home was quite the task. We woke up and left florence at 6:00 am, between all our luggage, all the transportation, customs, and delays we finally made back to Salt Lake 27 hours later! What a trip though. I would be lying if I said I was glad to be back. I learned so much about culture, art, architecture, art, design, and history. I can't wait to go back!
