Anxiety and depression explored. April 8, 2011. Breaking out of the Shell. This is a follow up to this post. As I started taken medications I didnt feel better. I tried a thousand it seemed like and after many tries I found one that worked for me. Cymbalta. See video down below. I felt normal again, as if I was back. I still feel down at times and my anxiety get the best of me. But I have way more good days then bad and I can live with that. Medications can help, but also cognitive therapy. April 1, 2011.
