Workshops, Yoga Training and Private Sessions. Workshops are available on the following topics:. Aromatherapy for physical and mental wellness. Balls as yoga props. Meditative yoga practices: mudras, visualizations, pranayama methodology, and mantras. A limited number of private client sessions is available each week on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 5 pm. Pilates Mat and Toys: This fun workout uses a variety of small props to provide challenge and variety. Balls, rubber bands, rings, and foam rollers are used. Build your core and strengthen all your parts with movement, breathing and focus. The winter session will include some dance movement as a warm-up and selected Bones for Life movements to improve posture, coordination, and awareness of efficient, integrated movement. Spring and Summer 2016. Pilates Mat and Toys- Tuesdays at 6:00 pm.
