One Word, 2012. Tag Archives: asking for help. January 29, 2015 · 9:59 am. My post is a little different today. Today I’m asking for your help. You can read about his days in his own words here. My son is longing for purpose. Yesterday, Sam launched his Etsy store, Phenix Emporium. Will you help, Friends? Learning to...

One Word, 2012. One Word, 2012. This year, I’m inviting you to choose. That expresses the longing of your heart, the cry of your soul, the small seed God is growing and tending in you. Last year, I chose the word. Because I felt God calling me to step out in faith in ways far beyond my comfort zone. This year it’s. 8212; to breathe in God’s Presence allowing Him to saturate and nourish and engage all of me — every fiber, every thought, every breath. Now it’s your turn! Thank you, Melanie! One Word, 2012.

Proclaiming God's faithfulness through struggle and praise. Sunday, December 16, 2012. What You Find When You Peel Back the Tree. The past two Christmases I've written excitably about the season, feeling inspired and touched by the meaning, the reality. The past two Christmases are the first two that I've truly known Christ. My blog has been quiet, waiting patiently for my return and I begin to think: who is the author - is it me? What is this blog? Say it. Say it. Shiny ornaments on my tree of success.

Proclaiming God's faithfulness through struggle and praise. Tuesday, February 12, 2013. How the Title of My Story Is Not Mine. Written Friday, February 8, 2013). I've always liked naming things. When I was a writer-child and delving deep into 7-year-old-plot lines about magic mirrors and orphan girls banding together to esce evil, I deeply cared about my characters' names as well as the places they lived. Or so I thought. I relied on my titles to express what I was going through at such a tender age.

Breathe Deeply – And Experience the Immensity of God.
And Experience the Immensity of God. September 3, 2016. By Cindee Snider Re. My heart lurched and thudded at my feet. It was hard to breathe. I started to sweat. Mistakes and I hadn’t even read it all the way through yet. How was that even possible? I’d read and read and reread. I’d laid a ruler along the margins. I’d painstakingly sorted through code character-by-mind-numbing character. So Many. Times. I’d read front to back and back to front. Slowly. Out loud. More than once. I used to be a copy editor.

AN OFFICIAL BLOG OF RALLY POINT MINISTRIES. Sunday, January 31, 2016. 31 Days, 500 Words. 31 Days, 500 Words may not seem like much of an opener. But for me, it’s the opening of 15,500 words yet to be told…aching to be told…needing to be told. So many days and nights I’ve longed for this moment, dreamed even. The moment to begin again. I’ve asked many times of God, when can I write. Most times the reply was, I never said you couldn’t. Or something like it. But why did I ever stop in the first place?

And all you touch and all you see Is all your life will ever be.
And all you touch and all you see Is all your life will ever be. Monday, June 16, 2014. Light and wind are running. Over the headed grass. As though the hill had. Melted and now flowed. Where the larks flew high and the grass was tall in the meadow and flowed in the wind. The kids used to run and shoot arrows. We would find chunks of chalk on the ground and take them home to draw on the concrete. I hope there will still be some dog roses in the hedgerows. A blushing wild pink rose,. Thy memory to fulfill,.
