It was lovely to be able to welcome members of Breathe Easy Swansea Bay and Carmarthen to our annual bash as well as Chris Mulholland and Matthew Collins from British Lung Foundation. The ladies from Briton Ferry Health and Wellbeing Group joined us for some fun chair exercises.
