Saturday, May 29, 2010. I had fun taking pictures of family for this assignment. I used two different lenses on these photos. I tried out a Canon 16mm wide angle lens. It was amazing- although I don't think I quite figured out its capabilities. I also used a fixed 50mm. I did very basic edits on these shots: levels, sats, vignette, and a photo filter. Monday, July 12, 2010. Smaller is Just Better. I took this photo of these miniature hygiene products that I bought for my expedition to Denver a few weeks ago. They were just sitting around my apartment so I figured I'd throw them on my scanner and take a shot at it. I left the lid off and turned all of the lights off in my room. I like how it turned out.
