Eyes have the power to create the illusion of reality in a painting even if the portrait subject isn’t real. Paint basic eye shapes and values. Businesses are positively encouraged to become ‘world class’ and sell to a global market. At the same time, individuals, businesses, local authorities etc. are urged to ‘buy local’.
