Normally we do easy 1000 piece puzzles that we can finish in a day but for Christmas I got Matt a 2000 piece picture of Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany (we visited the castle four years ago). A Little More Crazy Please". Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Ohio doesn't get a ton of snow by my standards, but the winter storm that rolled through yesterday and today sure made everything beautiful. I think that we ended up with about 9 inches, unfortunately some of that was in the form of freezing rain which is weighing heavy on some of our trees in the front yard, I am hopeful that they will stand up again when the ice melts. Hopefully the snow will not melt to quickly. Thursday, January 22, 2009.

Sunday, October 27, 2013. Sri Lanka- Day 4. Seeing turtle eggs. They are kind of squishy and about the size of a ping pong ball. 1 day old turtles! They are already able to swim and crawl at 1 day. The turtles are kept in big tanks that are covered by wire mesh to keep the birds from eating them. Allen holding a bottle-nose turtle. All of a us took a turn holding him but he flapped his fins so hard and fast that it was impossible to get a photo that looked like a turtle instead of a blur. Sri Lanka- Day 2.
