Go for a run in Discovery park (There's a 3 mile loop that's nice - it's hilly! Also hard to get to without a car. Most authentic experience is if it's raining :). Go for a ferry ride out to bainbridge and back to enjoy the water and seeing the puget sound. Buy some gorgeous fresh flowers from pike place market and enjoying the hustle and bustle of the market (this is normally only for tourists, but Stephen worked a block away from here for a while, and has bought many flowers for brett there :). We'll just be relaxing outside, so casual/dressy casual is just fine. Stephen will be wearing jeans and a button down shirt and brett will be wearing a dress since we'll be hosting, but shorts and a t-shirt is just fine. If we had to pick a style, we'd say our wedding will be "outdoor formal," so leave the tux and ball gown at home, but come ready to look spiffy and dance your heart out. On the Emily Post scale.

Driving From Seattle to the Venue. The best route for driving from Seattle if you're going straight to the ceremony is:. Turn onto eastbound WA-522. Turn onto eastbound US-2. The Long Weekend - probably the most fun! Fly into SeaTac and pick up a vehicle, or drive from Seattle - make sure to stop along the way for fresh fruit! Arrive in Leavenworth, check into your cabin or hotel, pick up a growler of beer at Icicle Canyon Brewery if you are so inclined, have a ton of fun hanging out with all your friends you rented a cabin with! Join us for welcome party at Pine River Ranch with lawn games later in the evening. Get all dressed up and fancy. Join us for breakfast or a coffee.
