Water in My Shoes. Are you ready to get your feet wet? Friday, August 8, 2008. 1 of 3 on 8/8/08: Bushwhacking behind Timp. I have always wanted to climb up on this large hill behind Mt. Timpanogos to take an early morning shot of the back side of the mountain. Well, since my clock was pretty jumbled because of jet lag, I woke up at 4:00. So I was like, "What should I do now? So here were some of my shots. In the early morning hours, the aspens were just coming into view. The panorama view was nice, too.

Water in My Shoes. Are you ready to get your feet wet? Saturday, July 19, 2008. Well, I finally did it. I finally climbed Mt. Fuji. Andrew and I climbed it, that is. As we hiked up the mountain, there were a series of mountain stations or huts, such as this one. There are some bulldozer trails that go all the way up the mountain, and the huts keep themselves stocked with food and fuel via bulldozers. There were hundreds of other people on the summit. My sweet mother had to order it from the manufacturer because she could not find the one she wanted anywhere else. (She wanted to get the pet version since I have a husband, 3 sons, and dark green carpet, and she wanted to give me all the help she could. I have to say my carpets have never looked so good. Thanks Mom! My parents gave Brett a new leaf blower.
