The Brewing Adventures of Ed. Bottled the Comeback IPA. Scottish Heavy 70 →. September 1, 2014. On Sunday I brewed a robust porter (or at least that’s what I think/hope it will be). It was quite nice to have Jasvir, Aman and Mr Rai all outside with me sitting under the pop up tent while I brewed this beer. It was an easy recipe so there was plenty of time just to chat and hang out. This is also the first batch made using the new 15 gallon brew-pot and the wort chiller (courtesy of a friend at work).
