Within each setting, its consistency gives life. A Conversation in Pulse. Put two fingers on your pulse feel/listen for your heart rate. With one limb, play that pulse. With another limb, play phrases against that pulse. Tell a story with those phrases. Drummers can add other limbs into the mix. And have a conversation with those phrases.

Travel down the pyramid and your brain will be forced to think faster and faster. Recite the numbers above. Accent the bold numbers in the center of each row by saying those numbers louder.
