Monday, August 19, 2013. First Day of School. The first day of school was a great success! Kaden said his day was awesome. He likes his teacher and made a new friend. I got a little emotional when I dropped him off this morning, which I did not expect. It was hard watching my baby walking away into big school. He can't wait to go back tomorrow. Sunday, August 14, 2011. Adventures of K and K. Kamryn and Karsyn are now 4 months old. Kamryn weighs 11 lbs 2 oz and Karsyn weighs 9 lbs 9 oz. They will get off the caffeine in 2 weeks. Karsyn will stay on the breathing monitor for sometime after that to make sure she doesn’t need the caffeine. Getting off the caffeine is a great thing but I am nervous and will be checking on them every two minutes. They are growing so fast. They now smile at us and like to play. We are so blessed! 65279; .

Sunday, May 8, 2011. Kamryn and Karsyn have had a busy week. Kamryn now weighs 4 lbs 9.2 oz and is 16.5” long. She has not had any breathing episodes but is still on caffeine. Kamryn no longer likes having a feeding tube. She generally pulls it out once a week. Of course, she decided to this on Wednesday while I was visiting. Saturday, August 25, 2012. Where has the time gone? I can't believe my little 7 pound 3 ounce baby boy is now 10 months old! With 10 months comes some new milestones. He's quickly progressing OFF of baby food and bottles and more to food he can feed HIMSELF and sippy cups. Sometimes the independence frustrates me as I see peaches in his hair and think "I just cleaned you off! I've taken the "I'm just relishing him crawling and not growing up too fast yet" approach. Loving ice water out of the sippy cup.
