Is that goal setting – the hyper-specific, actionable, measurable kind – is extremely important to getting things done and making progress in the world. Publish episodes of Tiny Conversations – ...

I’ve learned even though the industry constantly changes, human interactions don’t. You develop relationships with your clients, and in turn they develop trust in you. And most importantly, the one lesson I value over all – is the relationships and friendships I’ve made in the office. I hope the work I’ve done will help you learn a little bit about me, and my capabilities as an art director, and show how I can be a valuable addition to your agency. Middot; art director/graphic designer.

Brian Caulfield | My thoughts on the world
My thoughts on the world. Leadership is about creating Allies, not just friends. Leaders are not born, they are created by the people around them. We have all heard the phrase that someone is a born leader, well I disagree. I think some people have a better ability to create Allies from the people around them, than others. Exercising this ability is what makes them Leaders. So together all these guys had a common Purpose/Vision. Churchill, FDR and Stalin at the Yalta Conference in Feb 1945. Next question...
