Members in the club came together to buy over 2000 litres of apple juice to turn into cider over the next few months. I’ve one 25 litre drum waiting for me. This should make some lovely cider for next summer. Next step is to get set for fermentation! There’s a great Cider 101. Brew day at the Mad Monk this Saturday.
