K&B Family: July 2012
http://texanboys.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
An account of what we do and my thoughts and opinions on random things. Monday, July 30, 2012. We have had 4 nights with friends over for dinner. Three of those 4 nights included swimming, the fourth was Sunday. Thursday, my car grumbled at me, so we took it to the shop. It didn't grumble for them. Friday, I picked up my car. Saturday, we ran errands in my car. It grumbled a little in the beginning but was fine the rest of the day. I really like the Olympics. I don't like how unproductive they make us.

An account of what we do and my thoughts and opinions on random things. Tuesday, May 29, 2012. Things I Need To Do:. Pack for 7 people! Make cookies for teachers. Get a container to put cookies in (eek! Should have done that earlier today). Make 4 hoodie towels. Shower (debating on washing my hair tonight or tomorrow). Dishes (yep, it's been one of those nights). Make sandwiches for the boys' lunches. Get music from Jill's laptop for our very long road trip. Jill can clean before the party :). Isaac hasn...

K&B Family: Soccer Saturday, Mother's Day, and other days
http://texanboys.blogspot.com/2015/05/soccer-saturday-mothers-day-and-other.html
An account of what we do and my thoughts and opinions on random things. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Soccer Saturday, Mother's Day, and other days. Last Wednesday Bryan flew to AZ for his mom's third round of chemo. There was a meeting at school about having 1 to 1 classrooms (meaning every kid is going to have their own iPad) and every thing that is involved with that. Not wanting to take 6 kids with me and Bryan being out of town, Jill (thankfully) was able to come. Friday, is the father/son camp out but i...

The beginning of forever: If I could turn back time
http://durrlove.blogspot.com/2013/01/if-i-could-turn-back-time.html
The beginning of forever. Saturday, January 5, 2013. If I could turn back time. So, for the first time in the history of my mamahood, I'm wishing for time to stop. I hear this from just about every mom and mom blogger I know (or don't know, I guess). Usually it's in reference to their newborns. "This is going by way too fast! That first year, well that first year drags. It's all about the next new milestone. When will you sleep? Well he'll be 7 weeks in 3 days. But the second year? Oh I know what you are...

The beginning of forever. Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Kevin Passed. Graduated. Hired. Enrolled. So, if you haven't been following Erin and I so far in 2010, you have missed out on a lot. But over the past month, I have passed a few milestones in the school/career department. In late May, I took the NCLEX exam. In mid June I found out that I passed! Took some clearing up of paperwork, but finally got word that I passed. No more checking every morning to see I was a RN before my feet even hit the ground.

The beginning of forever: The Engagement - Kevin's version
http://durrlove.blogspot.com/2009/04/engagement-kevins-version.html
The beginning of forever. Monday, April 20, 2009. The Engagement - Kevin's version. On Wednesday April 15, I had picked up the ring in Los Angeles and brought it home. All night I kept waking up and looking and it. For some reason having it in possesion builds a lot of pressure and anxiety. On Thursday morning, I got my dad and Ryan Stouvenel to help me make two yellow brick roads. One in front of Erin's house and one at the spot where we had our first kiss. I didn't want to hog all of the good pictures ...

The beginning of forever: 15 months
http://durrlove.blogspot.com/2012/02/15-months.html
The beginning of forever. Tuesday, February 7, 2012. Sawyer's big guy 15th month check up was today and here are his stats:. Height: 34 1/2 inches. Head: I never pay attention. It's big, we get it. He had a couple shots and only cried for a second. It was so much easier when I was able to nurse him during shots (I think I've talked about this before, I miss nursing if you haven't noticed) 27 pounds! Better get it together). Some fun stuff he's doing:. Not so much. Most of all he loves being outside.

The beginning of forever: Stats
http://durrlove.blogspot.com/2012/12/stats.html
The beginning of forever. Sunday, December 23, 2012. Sawyer just had his 2 year check up so I thought I'd update this dusty old blog. Can I just say that 2 has been my favorite age so far? Sure the tantrums are out of this world, like he embarrasses me at target pretty much every time we go. If I tell him not to touch the dishwasher (for the 100th time) he'll drop instantly and scream for 20 minutes without breathing once. But he's also so fun! Height: 35inches-so close to big rides at Disneyland! Favori...
