brianguido

Thursday, 2 October 2014. Simple everyday ingredients can be used to make safe and environmental friendly household cleaners. Place small slivers of hand soap in a heated glass jar. Cover with boiling water and let it dissolve. Add a tablespoon of vinegar and the juice of one lemon. It is suitable for the hardest dirt and grime! Use equal quantities of soap flakes and washing soda. Alternatively, a few tablespoons of washing soda added to biodegradable washing powders work a lot better.

A working progress blog for the artwork of Cheryl Joan Sellers. Tuesday, February 10, 2009. Clayton. It seems I'll start with friends from Texas, since I've already done Anna. Posted by Cheryl Joan Sellers. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I'm an artist working in Connecticut, with a BFA from Columbia College Chicago. When not painting in my studio at home, I'm working towards my teaching certification for art education. I love to paint, draw, cook, sew, and keep my hands busy.

homonym ad hominem: new work, some in progress

http://cheryljoan.blogspot.com/2009/01/new-work-some-in-progress.html

A working progress blog for the artwork of Cheryl Joan Sellers. Sunday, January 11, 2009. New work, some in progress. This is another drawing I am hoping to lure some new clients in with. George the Sphynx is from a breeder in NYC, and I will be mailing this out, along with my business cards, in hopes that the breeder will enjoy the image enough to give my business card to friends, neighbors, etc. I need to drum up some business for 2009, and who doesn't love a free cat portrait?

homonym ad hominem: too many projects...

http://cheryljoan.blogspot.com/2010/01/too-many-projects.html

A working progress blog for the artwork of Cheryl Joan Sellers. Wednesday, January 20, 2010. I've gotten myself under a pile of work. Started teaching myself to make clothes, this is my first shirt and my 3rd or 4th skirt. Working with stretch jersey for the shirt was challenging to say the least, but I'll work with it some more and figure it out. Skirts are no problem, and I'll probably start patterning out a dress for my sister's wedding. Posted by Cheryl Joan Sellers. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Having fun in my studio, inspired by my surroundings. I've also been working on learning to knit and sew. Its been a wonderfully productive summer. I'll hopefully be exhibiting one of these paintings at a gallery in Middletown in September, as I'm going to submit one for an open call. Posted by Cheryl Joan Sellers.

A working progress blog for the artwork of Cheryl Joan Sellers. Friday, January 23, 2009. This was just a fun little ditty. I'm hoping to get some pictures taken this weekend so I can start working on a landscape. I'll post the drawing as it comes. Hopefully school won't get in the way of me painting too much! http://cheryljoan.blogspot.com/2010/02/alas-yarn-ball.html

A working progress blog for the artwork of Cheryl Joan Sellers. Friday, February 12, 2010. I was on a roll with an enjoyable painting session. All too soon, another canvas was needed. Alas! Nothing large enough could be found, and my cordless saw is pitiful against a sturdy 2x4. This must be rectified! Regardless the start of (or) something. Posted by Cheryl Joan Sellers.
